Commun., 52, 12096 -12099 (2016).* [DOI] [PDF] ●逆二重励起光音響分光法(RDB-PAS)を開発し,金属酸化物中の電子トラップ密度のエネルギー分布(ERDT)を精度よくかつ比較的簡便に測定できることをしめした.また,ERDTと伝導帯下端位置(CBB)を価電子帯上端(VBT)からのエネルギーの関数としてプロットしたERDT/CBBパターンを「指紋」としてもちいることによって金属酸化物粉末試料の同定が可能であることを提案した.
